Fee For Service
When you pay at the time of service, you are charged a reduced rate. Since the insurance companies dictate the number of visits and the duration of your treatment time, fee for service allows you to get the treatment that you need.

Out Of Network
If your insurance company is not listed above you will receive a receipt for your payment at the time of service that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance company about reimbursement procedures.
